- I moved to Charlotte about 3 years ago from Los Angeles, Ca. I am a creative working in a corp enviroment... I first heard of Slow Food from one of its founders, Alice Waters, a very gracious and stylish lady. It is a great concept and I want to further support it...
- Favorite Foods:
- French Cheeses, Wine, Fresh Fruit and Veggies, fish and interesting ices creams, like Lavender and Rosemary... love candied orange peels, lemon verbena tea and sugar covered rose petals...
- What would you like to see Slow Food Charlotte do?
- Create more community gardens in poverty prone areas...
