About Me:: I am an RN, married with 2 boys (see photo), who loves to travel, cook and eat!

Favorite Foods:: French provincial, Armenian, cheese, bread, eggplant, sushi of various kinds, berries (in season), dark chocolate, wine, coffee. Hate calf's liver, but that is about it

Favorite Music:: Let's just say, eclectic. Everything from Rammstein to showtunes.

What would you like to see Slow Food Charlotte do?: I would love to partner with schools and see menus improve. There is a problem when a school is located next to a peach orchard, but serves only canned fruit with syrup.
