About Me:: I'm a student at the Art Institute of Charlotte working toward a degree in Culinary Management. I really enjoy NC and meeting people mostly at the local farmers market. Being involved comes naturaly and feels good.

Favorite Foods:: I love to eat. Food I make for myself always tastes best when its fresh and simple.

Favorite Music:: Easy to please, good beats and lyrics that I can understand. Live music is always the most fun!

What would you like to see Slow Food Charlotte do?: Reach out to college students, not enough young people know where to start.

Please check out the group Growing Success! It is something I have put a lot of work into but I could never have done it alone. Lots of wonderful local chefs and good friends have inspired me and I want to make a difference on their behalf. You know who you are!
