Hi Michaele! Unfortunately, I was exhausted yesterday and couldn't get it together to make anything for tonight, so I cancelled! I feel bad :(. I have been wanting to try Passions8- I hope they will be ok in that location. I actually lived in Frankfurt for a couple of years. I hope we get to meet soon!

Thanks for the nice comments and I'd love to meet up for coffee sometime. I was one of the NCWF Habitat Stewards who helped with the installation of the Wildlife Schoolyard Habitat years ago so I'm familiar with Shamrock. Usually Mondays and Fridays are best for me. I live in Matthews. Let me know what works for you.

I am working for Röchling Engineered Plastics a German company. I was looking into to go to the German church in Charlotte apparently there is a service in German Sunday's at 5pm... German wine parte sounds great...

It was on the border of east and west Germany back in the day! We were there when the wall came down! From Dec. 88' to march of 92'. It is close to Fulda and Wurzburg. My daughter was born in Wurzburg. My husband was in the Army back then. I loved it there but was to young and my kids were to young to truely enjoy it. I would love to go back again. I just had a dream this week about moving back there!

In response to your question; I think I'd be most useful on the garden committee since that's where I have the most experience, but if there's more need for people on the Food committee I could probably contribute there, too.
