Wonderful experience - had dinner Friday evening with our friends Alan & Carol - the ambience reminded us of old Europe, we tried out the menu - shared lots of items - aps to main courses to deserts - all really excellent & Egor - was the best - Chuck the Matrie de worked hard to earn our respect as well - this restaurant resonates with passion! We'll be back - in fact this weekend! No on erushes you, everyone cares for you... as it should be in a fine dining experience.

Hi all, the restaurant is Ratcliffe on the Green (http://ratcliffeonthegreen.com/) Chef Hibbs and his staff do a phenomenal job. Did you have a favorite appetizer? I still need to try those beignets at home!

We are the friends who were with Alan and Suzanne and we also enjoyed our dinner here- nice to go to a restaurant that serves farm to fork! Great article on slow food in the August edition of "Charlotte" magazine. We hope to participate in the Farm dinner in Denver in September.
