About Me:
Lynn Byrd (The Byrdfeeder Nutrition Education and Counseling) has worn many hats, including personal chef, successful restaurant and jazz club owner, and life-long food connoisseur (fast, slow, and in between). As a Community Health Educator, she directed Stanly Regional Medical Center's Wellness program In Albemarle, NC, for two years, lecturing to over 500 clients monthly through live and online classes; her private consultations helped dozens of people lose weight, break sugar addictions, and kick the blues through mindful eating. Lynn is currently earning a Masters of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition through Hawthorn University, organically and prayerfully gardening, and practicing the art of frugal living in the Morrow Mountain Valley near Badin, NC.
