Growing herbs now occupies nearly every waking moment. I love to grow the plants, learn about how to use them in all ways and share what I have learned with others. Working with nature and the plants has been fulling beyond anything I could have imagined. I love what I do.
Vegetarian which includes lots of vegetables and herbs prepared fresh, stir fried and turned into soups and more. I almost never eat out and have not had a fast food restaurant meal in over 30 years.
