I am new to the group. I plan to attend the 7:30 Friday show. I'll be happy to take a few flyers to post at the Rock Hill Earth Fare store if you think it would be helpful.

I saw your post about putting together beds at Tailgate. I think I might have missed it, but let me know if you need help getting ready- I might have a little time this week!
Cheers,
Juli.
I think we are on the same page on the edible schoolyard idea. I am working with Cassie on identifying a school in our area in which we could implement such a program, and they are going to be providing some funds for such a project. I believe she is going to be seeing you tomorrow and talking about some details. I have drafted a letter to send to to some principals of char-meck schools as well as superintendants or principals of some of the smaller districts in our area. The idea is to see who might be interested, and then set up meetings with them to give a presentation on the edible schoolyard and what it would mean for their school; allowing us to both to plant a seed with the schools, as well as to see who we might best be able to work with.
I think you have a lot of good ideas, and setting up a meeting of us like minded people is the place to start.
E mail me and let's talk times.

Great job on the Tailgate Market this year! I'm going to miss that little bit of farm feeling downtown. Can't wait to see what you put together next year. Rich Deming
