Andy - I like to think it is a chef's dream. My goal was to bring functional kitchen tools to Charlotteans at reasonable prices. We're open 10 - 5:30 Tuesday - Saturday. Hope to see you in the store!

Karen I'm going to have to check out your store. I've been by it a few times on my run back towards Matthews from down-town but I've never gone in. Looking through your website it looks like a chefs dream!
