Charlotte slow food restaurants

I'm not familiar with Charlotte, and I was wondering what were some good restaurants around town that support local food

Currently still live in Jacksonville, fl and work at a local restaurant that uses local farms to supply some of our food. Possible moving to Charlotte and would like info on local slow food restaurants or other employment opputrunites
