- I am totally a beginner at farming and I am 100% into it! I am a chef and sommelier in Charlotte, NC and I own a business called The Tiny Chef! That is me!
I understand how to cook and I understand wine but something was missing from the equation. To complete the circle I needed to understand where the food and products I was using to cook with came from and how they were produced or harvested. So I am on my quest to learn!
