About Me:
I am inspired and therefore passionate about local food, fresh ingredients, and all things that taste good. When I am not working, I am a foodie. I am an omnivore.
Favorite Foods:
Tropical fish dishes with fresh salsas and sauces (chimmichuri, pestos, aiolis). Fresh grilled vegetables of any kind. Rick Bayless, Alice, Silver Palate, New Basics, So much more.

The only food I can't eat is OKRA. For some reason it makes me gag. Don't hate me.
