High Country Grass-fed is a co-operative of farmers who raise their meat animals sustainably on pastures. We never use antibiotics, hormones or medicated feeds. Ruminant animals-cattle, sheep and goats-are completely raised and finished on grass. Pigs and poultry are raised on pasture and whole grains, whey, milk and vegetables.
