Reed, sorry for the delay. I just got your phone message last night & I am kind of in the weeds getting ready for Terra Madre & attempting to organize & answer everyones questions prior to our departure. Having said all that, it's my loss. What a great offer. I jsut can't process that right now. If there is bounty around in November I'd love to incorporate your foraging with our next potluck.. If you have extra hen of wood, I would like to try some. I've seen Jamie Oliver on the Food Network cook with it. It sounds delicious.
