I like to take tomatoes and do an arugula stuffing. I do not follow a standard recipe, but it is not hard. Simply scoop out the tomatoes, and discard the inners seeds and pulp. In a mixing bowl, I combine baby arugula, minced garlic, seasoned bread…
Hey, would love to be a part of the July activities at Earth Fare. Please contact me. I use to teach culinary arts at Independence High and now teach preschool. I would be glad to help with the kid's activites.

What?! The block is on my side? I thought it was on your side! How funny. I'd just assumed you'd blocked all pm's since it couldn't possibly be about moi. I'll fiddle with it now.
Hey Robin! I seemed to be having trouble responding to your question. I don't know if you got four replies from me or if it never went through. Anyway, I think I'm going to skip yoga tomorrow and get to the art-meetup on time. So I could show you and Andy the facility before the meeting...there is more to see, particularly in the back area, during the day. And that would save you hanging out in the hood after dark. Thanks!
Hi Robin. Thanks for jumping in and helping last night. I couldn't have done it without you.
It was nice meeting your folks. You're dad's a charming character. Does he make those little cheesecakes at Cupps?
Hi Robin, sorry - I emailed the food committee group but didn't post anything here. Now I just left a comment somewhere (can you tell I'm new to this?) but I don't see it anywhere AND I left the wrong information! If you got an email from me, please disregard it. The food committee meeting is TOMORROW, Jan 8th at 7pm at the Starbucks in the Park Towne Village, across from Park Road Shopping center. It is near the corner of Woodlawn and Park Road. The address is: 1630 Woodlawn Ave., 28209. Hope to see you there!
Our Edible Schoolyard group is fairly new and still learning the ropes. We have not yet thought about home schools, we are mainly focused on public schools to start. We figured they need the assistance with it whereas a private or home school could complete the project on their own. Do you know of an outlet we could use to connect with people who are home schooling?
Hi Robin. I would like to join the 11/13 mtg but will be out of town. I'm doing a lot of research on the new federal local school wellness policy which began in 2006. This policy requires schools to address nutition education, physical activity and school based learning experiences that promote student wellness. It sounds good because this new policy would support the edible schoolyard but not all districts have the policy in place. Even if they do they might not have written the edible schoolyard into their local policy. But at least we have a starting point to begin a discussion. Let me know if you want to discuss it in more detail. You asked for other websites here are some of my favorites:
