- Buongiorno! My name is Nada, I am from Florence, Italy. I'm very familiar with Slow Food and with practicing it as well! I'm a big promoter of Italian culture, cuisines, events, etc. including cooking classes, wine events, and so on. I take small groups to Italy to discover the regional flavors of the countryside towns, rather than just the main tourist destinations. My family is still in Italy and they help me in educating many travelers about the quality of life we have there. Making a simple, delicious meal with quality ingredients takes up just as much time as getting in your car and going to a fast-food joint, so why not just make something at home?!? Anyway, if anyone has questions about Italy or the Italian lifestyle, travel, cuisine, feel free to contact me.
