I am the owner of a catering company called Food To Die For. I primarily cater to musicians and performers in Charlotte and the southeast. I try to use local produce and products whenever possible. I provide three meals on show day to the performers and their crew as well as set up dressing rooms and stock tour buses. I have been in this business for over 11 years and am a graduate of Johnson and Wales with a culinary arts degree.
