I graduated in May of 2009 with a Health and Wellness degree from UNC Asheville. I am very interested in whole foods, hollistic healing, and sustainable living. I am also very interested in connecting the community with their local food source, and educating others to the benefits of local food, whole food and overall wellness.
Sweet potatoes! Mushrooms, beets, sushi (I work at a sushi bar at the moment, so I eat a LOT of sushi)... most anything fresh!
