"Hi Marla!
I called and left a message that I want reservations for your dinner on the 20th- it is my 40th birthday that day! Hope I get in and get to see you. I know you are swamped with work (and did you go back to Italy?) but what an exciting time…"
I'm a student at the Art Institute of Charlotte working toward a degree in Culinary Management. I really enjoy NC and meeting people mostly at the local farmers market. Being involved comes naturaly and feels good.

I love to eat. Food I make for myself always tastes best when its fresh and simple.
Please check out the group Growing Success! It is something I have put a lot of work into but I could never have done it alone. Lots of wonderful local chefs and good friends have inspired me and I want to make a difference on their behalf. You know who you are!

So great to hear from you. Thanks very much for your note; that makes my day. I'm really glad I offered some tips that helped you.Congratulations on all of your efforts and ongoing accomplishments.
Hey Marla, I've been meaning to ask you if there is anything I can do to help with the garden. I usually have free time Thursday and Friday. Anyway let me know. I'll be at the meeting in the Artisan today so I'll se you there.
Thanks so much for all your help! You were great about kneeling down with the kids and helping them one by one. That was exactly what I needed. How do you think it went? Here's the link for registering as a CMS volunteer: https://www.cmsvolunteers.com/volunteer.php?newflag=1
