After spending years in the corporate world, I am now a stay at home mom of two little ones. I am passionate about cooking, eating, and nutrition and how our food choices affect our health and the health of the planet.
I am a huge fruits and veggies fan, a juicer, newly interested in traditional foods and food preparation (i.e. Nourishing Traditions), and after a few years hiatus from eating meat, now eating some meat again from a local farmer whose philosophy of raising animals gels with everything I believe in.
