Like to grill, chill, and work the fields. Very interested in promoting organic elements of slow food and trading culinary ideas. Enjoy intoducing the elements of Slow Food philosophy amongst friends and family. Nature nut, Daniel Boone mentality, love the outdoors, and very at home in the kitchen. Woodworker who's starting a minifarm this year after a life long obsession with gardening. Will probably need a good chiropractor. Was selected to participate in Adventure Chefs this fall and loved it.
