I love to eat good food!
I am a psychologist and coach...very interested in finding balance and joy in life.I think that eating well is a great way to take good care of ourselves.
I live in an old house with 2 rescued dogs and 1 "queen" cat.Because of all my shade trees I can't have a garden but it is great to be able to find good food at the local markets.

- Almost all veggies and fruits ....and ice cream & wine. Almost anything at a potluck.
- Favorite Music:
- Love to go to Charlotte Folk Music concerts and also like 40's bands, show tunes and Doo Wop, & old gospel.
- What would you like to see Slow Food Charlotte do?
