About Me:
I am a hobby cook, baker, and homebrewer, and an engineer and German translator. I am married to Michaele, and we have 2 kids. Our whole family enjoys good food and traveling to new places to eat.
Favorite Foods:
I love to bake, especially desserts, but I enjoy all sorts of dishes. My favorite would have to be roast pork with root veggies and apples.
