I love to eat and have been mostly vegetarian for 20 years. I love the philosophy of slow food. I would like to help my community become more aware of the many levels of history, economics, culture and sustainability that slow food addresses.
Have experimented with raw foods and enjoyed many recipies and lost weight. I love most nuts and all fruit and vegetables. Looking for a vegetarian version of roast beef....I love bread and overdosed my boyfriend on it, now he's allergic to gluten. Have enjoyed many wheat/gluten free foods as a result.
