I am passionate about food (homegrown and handmade) and agricultural systems that are sustainable, ecological and resilient. I love to cook, garden and have been a huge farmers market fan for as long as I have been shopping for my own food. I am interested in learning more and love to can, ferment, dehydrate and learn as many self sufficient skills as I can. Just moved to the area so interested in learning more about what is going on here.
