Join Food & Water Watch's Executive Director Wenonah Hauter as she discusses her new book, Foodopoly. Good week to you Thom,

Hoping the Terra Madre potluck was great fun, we had a clash of dates of our own... we were latte art judges at the Charlotte Coffee Community's TNT on last Thursday. We will keep checking in though and I am sure that our paths will surely cross soon!
Thanks for getting back to us about the potluck info, again, apologies for not attending. Looking forward to more event listings!
All the best,
Kim (and Fergal too)

Hi Thom,

Kim & Fergal O'Shea here (of the Honey tasting & beekeeping info night from last Dec- Elphene's & Counter Culture collaborative) and hoping this finds you well!!
Fergal & I were thinking about coming to the SF Charlotte potluck for the 10th Dec but I noticed that there is another SF Charlotte event on the same night (Farm to Table dinner)- just checking that the dates are right? Both on the 10th Dec? Thanks for the info...
Surely our paths will cross soon, and congrats to SF Charlotte for the varied events!! Slow Food Clare, Ireland- we are still growing, focused on spreading the word and then the Burren Slow Food Festival (www.slowfoodclare.com) takes all our time and energies (and with a Committee of four, we are always sooo amazed at how much we accomplish). Since we are in Charlotte, if I can be helpful with SF Charlotte- be glad to!!
Great weekend to you Thom,

Kim O'Shea (and Fergal too) (email address: elphenes@gmail.com)

Hi Thom!

I watered many things with perhaps 5 gallons of Fertalive after the market Tuesday night!!! It was a pleasure, and I also had a moment to talk with the Volunteer Coordinator. I would love to go by next Tuesday to look for results, and hope to talk with you soon.
Take care, and thanks for the support.
Sincerely,
Marsi Lakeman

Hi I can proces some more for the pot luck in November
I am just running out space in my freezer . Do you know any one who would want some.I drop them off at a central location to have them picked up.
They do require a thorough cleaning ; but are one of the best mushrooms
for winter stews and brazes and there free for the taking.
