About Me:
I recently moved back to Charlotte Nc from Vermont. Vermont strongly promotes farm to table dining and I would love to see more of this in the Charlotte area. I am the Executive Chef at TPC Piper Glen and I have been slowly adding more local food items to my menu and would love to increase my local contacts
