Marcella Ansaldo, Executive Chef of Apicius, Culinary Institute of Florence, Italy will teach two cooking classes at The Art Institute of Charlotte
Friday evening November 30th, 5:30 - 9 PM
and Saturday morning December 1st, 9:30 AM - 1 PM
In each class you will discuss, prep and cook three dishes and then share in their consumption with your fellow cooks.
Marcella has set up the menus, as follows, though pending what's available in the market she reserves the right to change.
