Marcella Ansaldo, Executive Chef of Apicius, Culinary Institute of Florence, Italy will teach two cooking classes at The Art Institute of Charlotte

Friday evening November 30th, 5:30 - 9 PM
and Saturday morning December 1st, 9:30 AM - 1 PM

In each class you will discuss, prep and cook three dishes and then share in their consumption with your fellow cooks.

Saturday Noon
Pasta & Beans with Greens
Pork Fillet with Mushrooms
Chocolate Cake with Orange Sauce

$55 each or $100 for both
