We invite you all to our house for a Slow Food Potluck and Food Exchange! That's right, we are kicking off the Food Exchange Club! Here is how it works: Bring one dish to share and something to trade. For example, a salad for the potluck and a loaf of homebaked bread to trade. Do you make an awesome blueberry jam your friends and family can't get enough of? Do you make great pickles? Is homemade quiche your specialty? Bring some to trade!
Please bring a list of ingredients for your trade item. We can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! Please rsvp and let us know if you have any questions.
We'll see you there!

Update:
We wanted to clarify that this is first and foremost a potluck. If bringing two things seems too daunting, just bring something for the potluck. For every item you bring to exchange, you get to take one home!
We thought we should post some suggestions as to what people could bring for the food exchange. It can be anything you’ve made in your kitchen! Here are some ideas:
a jar of stock, canned tomato sauce, a pie, yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, pasta, granola, apple sauce, quiche, jellies and jams, muffins, bread, pound cake, pickled vegetables, hummus, butter, buttermilk, cheese, salsa, etc.
Have fun!
Also, join us in the food exchange group for discussions and ideas.
