Support Your Local Farmers
(by making sure they’re both local and farmers)

Guess what, a lot of the vendors at some Charlotte Area Farmers Markets are NOT real farmers.Gadzooks! We’re being duped. Now if you’re driving all the way to a Farmers Market to buy fruits and vegetables from California, Florida, Mexico or Chile well this information will be of little use to you.

If you think you’re buying from a local farmer you may want to make sure. Start with the folks on this list and you will be glad you did.
