Support Your Local Farmers
(by making sure they’re both local and farmers)
Guess what, a lot of the vendors at some Charlotte Area Farmers Markets are NOT real farmers.Gadzooks! We’re being duped. Now if you’re driving all the way to a Farmers Market to buy fruits and vegetables from California, Florida, Mexico or Chile well this information will be of little use to you.
If you think you’re buying from a local farmer you may want to make sure. Start with the folks on this list and you will be glad you did.

Creekside Farms is a small family operated farm located just North of Mt. Pleasant, NC. We offer naturally raised, antibiotic free grass finished beef, pasture raised pork, pasture raised chicken and free range eggs. Our goals are simple: to raise animals the way nature intended and to provide our customers will a superior product both in taste and nutrition.
