 ve a composting and vermicomposting overview with specific emphasis on
  setting up a midscale system. He will help attendees set up a \"worm 
 wigwam\" in the Friendship Trays garden to compost the 10 pounds of fo
 od scraps per day that come out of the Friendship Trays kitchen.\n\nAg
