Saturday, September 15 marks the return of the Duck.
Chef Joe Bonaparte will prepare Pecan Lane Farm’s ducks several ways with multiple sides all of which will hammer your olfactory pleasure centers while twisting your brain in disbelief as to how much flavor can exist, occupy, present, seduce and satiate your senses. And if that weren’t enough, you’ll get an insider’s knowledge into the cooking and presentation of any and all of these treats as Chef Bonaparte shares insights into their preparation. Not to be missed.
It’s a one way ticket to having the lion’s paw of contentment placed squarely upon your chest. This is a members first event. Thanks for your support! We have 30 spots. We’ll take reservations for paid members of Slow Food first. If they don’t fill by September 1, we will open the balance to the public. Once you reserve your spot you’ll be given the location and details for this gathering of flavor.
