This year Know Your Farms will host its second annual Family Farm Tour. This year we have expanded the event to two days, Saturday September 18th and Sunday September 19th. The tour invites the citizens of Charlotte and its surrounding communities to step beyond the farmer’s market and their dinner tables and head to the farms. Know Your Farms, a family-owned and operated business, is based in Davidson, NC. The tour aims to reacquaint and educate people about the foods that are grown and cared for right here in the Charlotte Metro area. Guests of the tour will meet local farmers and learn more about where their food comes from. This is an educational and fun event that raises awareness and facilitates community access to good, safe, healthy, delicious food.
