We are taking orders this week (7/19-Sunday, 7/25/10) for delivery to Charlotte and Waxhaw on August 4th. Orders can be placed through our Online Store at www.highcountrygrassfed.com . All of our meats are from animals raised on pasture with no added hormones or medicated feeds. We feature beef, pork, lamb, chicken, goose, eggs, meat for pets, gourmet pasta, breads, jams, cheeses, butter and soaps and lotions.
Also, Yellow Wolf Farm is taking orders for pastured poultry. Those who pre-order their birds will receive a per pound discount on pastured chicken, Cornish Hens and Pekin Duck.
