 the Eagans and the Proffitts on their beautiful ranch at Proffitt F
 amily Farms in King's Mountain.\nThis month Heidi and Shelley decide
 d to try something  little different and plan a Saturday afternoon cl
 ass where the food we prepare is teamed with wine pairings to become
 s dinner for the group -  Class will begin at  3 pm with a walkin
 g farm tour where we will visit with the chickens, the horses, cows an
 d bulls and might even see a calf or two!  Come and learn why grass 
 fed, pasture raised beef make so much sense and is so good for you.
 Then we'll all settle into the Eagan's beautiful home kitchen to cook 
 with some of the best beef around. Four beef-centered recipes plus d
 essert. Class is predominantly done in a demonstration-style format 
 with several hands-on opportunities for those who want to get in on t
