 chefs selected because of their passion and commitment to using local 
 farm fresh food will prepare our meal and demonstrate technique and re
 cipes using Poplar Ridge Farm produce from that week’s harvest. It w
 ill be a multiple course dining experience, with wine pairings for eac
 h course.\n\nA GUEST SPEAKER Speakers at our events address various to
 pics related to the environment and health. Topics may include sustain
 able agriculture, conservation, nutrition, global and local food polic
