The featured chef and speaker for this four-course dinner is Mark Allison of Johnson and Wales University’s College of Culinary Arts in Charlotte.
Mark Allison has been recognized as a distinguished chef and educator both in the U.S. and the UK. He is currently working on his own cookbook, “Get Smart About Diabetes,” and his meal will feature four courses of healthy, low-sugar, farm-fresh fare!
The dinner events are held from 6:15 pm - 9:30 pm for up to 50 attendees in our farm pavilion and outdoor dining area.
Evenings include a four-course, sit down dinner and chef presentation featuring Poplar Ridge Farm produce from that week’s harvest. There is a wine tasting with each course.
Vegan and vegetarian menus always available (ask ahead!).
$90 per person online until September 26 , $85 per person via check mailed/received by September 1.
