We are excited to annouce the first in a series of private dinner events that we will be hosting at the Atherton Market featuring Chef David Quintana. On the evening of Thursday, November 17th, the market will be transformed to host 20 patrons for a private dining experience with a menu that showcases fresh, local ingredients that are available from our vendors and other local farms.
From 6:00 to 10:00 pm on that evening, you will be treated to culinary delights ranging from savory to sweet, accompanied by a red or white wine selection that has been paired with the feast by Chris Woodrow, the Vin Master.
For those of you who don't know Johnson & Wales graduate David Quintana, he was most recently the Chef de Cuisine at the AAA rated 4 Diamond Four Moons restaurant in Orangeburg, SC. Previous to that he was the Chef de Cuisine at Solara and Salute here in Charlotte. With other impressive experience on his resume, his training as a molecular gastronomist lends a scientific influence to his culinary talent.
