For anyone heading to Ireland next month, the Burren Slow Food Festival 2011 should be on the list! A weekend of events- tastings, farmers' markets, music, cookery demonstrations, heritage walks and even a gala dinner to showcase, celebrate and to share the produce, culinary talents, cultural heritage and eats from County Clare (and all of Ireland).
