Ashley Eller, a CSA member of Poplar Ridge Farm and the owner of The Sweetie Pie Bakery in Charlotte will demonstrate how to incorporate healthy ingredients and substitutes into fabulous desserts as part of this small, hands-on class.
Guests will learn how to make two desserts, will receive recipe cards, and will also take home a dessert! Gluten-free, baked fruit crisps and Rosemary Chocolate Olive Oil Cakes are currently on the afternoon's lineup.
Ashley is committed to nutritious cooking, and she specializes in gluten-free, vegan baking.

Afterward, guests will be able to visit Poplar Ridge Farm’s Market Stand to shop for produce harvested that morning!
