Slow Food Carolina Piedmont Region presents:

An Ark of Taste Dinner

11 courses by 10 phenomenal chefs, and one outstanding chocolatier, cooking heritage and endangered foods. 5:00-9:30pm at the Beaver Dam Historic House in Davidson.

Join us for this special evening in raising awareness about the Slow Food Ark of Taste and raising money for two new area farmers’ markets: Davidson and Denver.
