Take a break from the holiday hullabaloo on Saturday, December 17th and join us at the Atherton Market for a sophisticated adventure in modernist cuisine.  At this private event, Chef David Quintana and Adam Duke of Duke’s Bread will perform feats of culinary physics with amazing precision to transform ordinary local ingredients into brilliant dishes.  Science never tasted so good.
From 6 until 9 pm, you can enjoy wine, entertainment, and the company of fellow foodies, as well as a sneak peek into the world of kitchen science.
