The 21st Century Farmers Market program unites farmers and SNAP recipients by providing farmers markets with: technical, administrative, financial, managerial, and in-kind support. This program enables small, low-income farmers to process EBT, along with credit and debit transactions at farmers’ markets. All customers receive convenience of card transactions and easy access to produce; in addition farmers will increase sales and revenue.
